I have been trying to make a payment to one account and it wont go through, Its not an issue with my bank as they advise they haven't even had notification of the transaction im getting really frustrated as its the only way i can pay for the item, any suggestions. i have tried a different device and different card but nothing seems to work and i used paypal last month.
