I tried to raise a dispute in the resolution centre - it allows me to select the transaction, complete the form but when I submit it says "oops something went wrong" and brings me back to log-in. I tried this three times. I also tried to call the paypal help centre but I get a message saying because of Corona virus there is no-one available to take my call. How am I to get a dispute resolved? Any help appreciated.
