I just found out that there is no email contact in Paypal. How can that be possible? I go to help section and they point me to the message us function, which I found out is an AI automatic response system. Worst is when you urgently need help and you receive instruction that "Please leave a message and we will forward it to a staff". No confirmation, no notice of when you will be replied. AI is not to be praised and used like this. Now anyone praising AI, I so want to throw it in their face. I notice that I paid high percentage (about 10%) in fees. Not to mention this is a popular transfer service. I expect better support when I have pressing issues. I use this account for many years, doing small services. I many times verified my account. The difference I noticed is that I have clients that I accumulate my invoices for many months and only ask them to pay at the end of the year. Therefore this is the peak time in my account and now this happens. Not only that I cannot access my funds. My clients cannot settle my invoices and they will close their financial year. Even worse is that they do it in a difficult pandemic year and I got 1000 stuck there.
