Hi, all, Bit of advice needed. I checked my credit score this morning and found that I allegedly missed a payment in January 2021. I can tell you now, that I had not. In fact, I made the payment on the day that I should of. This so called 'missed payment' is my first missed payment for anything, in about 6 years. So as you can appreciate, I'm slightly cheesed off by it. What options do I have to have this removed? My statement clearly shows that the payment was made on time. Any help would be much appreciated.
