I have a personal account. When I try to add PayPal among my payment methods, PayPal tells " Your account is limited. Please check your PayPal Account Overview page for information about resolving this problem." PS: Recently I sign-up. all steps path smoothly. I added one my active cards. I did not get any email or notification that my account is limited! Also, I paid attention that all tutorials on youtube show that everybody has WALLET menu while I have money transfers instead!
