I tried getting in contact with the PayPal assistant to resolve issues with my account but I can't access the PayPal assistant feature anymore. I'm only allowed to drop a mail and it's been days since I mailed and I haven't received reply. I tried clicking the link to resolve the account issues but I keep on being directed to the Money page. ... View more

whenever I click the link to help resolve issues with my account, it just directs me to the money page and nothing else. Same thing when I click the new message notification I have. I can't chat with the PayPal assistant bot because that option isn't available anymore. what might be causing this and what's the solution? ... View more
