Help me Please

I dont have my old phone numbers and one of my emails either. I called on 1/11/2020 and they helped me change my password and then it gets to a second verification where PayPal wants to send a code to the old numbers I don't have access to anymore. The woman then says I will send you a new like that will bypass that step, says link is sent then I get disconnect from the call and that is the last time I have spoken to a live person voice it is now 11/14/20 and still not fixed at all. On Tuesday I get the actually message to get ahold of a KH Kenneth and he sends the change password link and it does the same thing wanting me to verify it a second time by text. I tell him I don't have access to those numbers anymore he then says there is nothing else he can do and that I need to make a new account and they will transfer the funds over to my new account and it will take 24 hours to be availabe then. I create a new account let paypal know and nothing at all when it gets 24 hrs later no transfer or anything so I requested the money then get told you can't send money to a cash app card. now still the same issue. on thursday 1/14/20 I can only message Paypal still amd them Thursday I get on message again and finally someone transferd the funds but then the tell me it will be three to five business days before it will post.  How can I get my money sooner then that because I need to secure my apartment tommorow or I will lose the apartment any information will be very helpful and appreciated     ...
