I ordered three UGG boots on December 4th, 5th and 15th respectively through online store. I paid using debit card through PayPal. At that time, I didn’t realize that this website is made by Chinese. It looked like the website is made by US industry. When I recognize this website is made by Chinese is they sent me tracking number. Then, I waited for arriving these boots. It had been one month. After these products arrived, I thought these are totally different from photos on their website. They aren’t authentic products. So I asked them to get refund and to send it back by cash on delivery. In meanwhile, I researched their phone number and address, but they didn’t exist. And they refused to pay for shipping fee if I send it back by cash on delivery. So they told me, if I want to get refund, I have to pay the shipping fee to send it back. I don’t want to pay for it anymore because these products are fake. And there is no guarantee that they refund me. So I decided to open disputes, then I already opened three cases. Although they responded to provide full refund on the resolution center, nothing happens right now. So I’d like to escalate to a claim but I couldn’t find click on. How do I do?
