Hello all, I have a business PayPal account and have a subscription service that my users can sign up for. For the most part I don't have any issues with this and the subscriptions are set up without any problems. However, I had someone sign up on the 30th December. Their payment is still pending in my account. It says that this would be resolved by 7th January, but it's still pending. Does anyone know when I will receive this money or what I can do to speed it up? I don't understand why all other payments have come through without issue, but this one is pending. Thanks, BTTS
