A seller is requesting I close a PayPal dispute claim in order to issue me a refund for missing delivery. I’m not convinced this is the right course of action as once I close the case I cannot reopen it if the fail to provide a refund but they are adamant they can’t proceed with a refund until the case is closed. The business failed to respond to any communication before PayPal got involved so I’m slightly dubious, it is a company I’ve used without issue before so I’m really unsure what the best thing to do is.
