I sent someone $150 for an item I bought from them but when I had showed him proof that I had sent the money, he blocked me as a contact and deleted our messages. I opened a dispute with the seller account but selected unauthorized access as the dispute reason when I should have selected a different reason. It's hard trying to communicate with customer service as an American living in Germany because my PayPal account is German. Is there anyone who can speak or write English and help me get a refund on my account?
