So basically what happened was: I tried to use my birth certificate as a form of ID to confirm my identity, but I didn’t realize that it wasn’t an acceptable form of ID. I don’t know how to retract or go back on that, but I’d really like to.The money in my account is really important, and I need to access it. So if there’s any way I can go back and put my proper ID in (which I just got today) PLEASE let me know, PayPal Gods.
