Recently i made a purchase using pay in 3 on paypal. It has charged me my first third of the payment, and has stated that it is a pending authorization. What does this mean? Do i need to wait for it to be authorized? I decided that i didn't want to wait and i wanted to cancel my pay in 3 payment and get a refund, in order for me to pay in full straight away. How do i do this ??
