Hello, Good day, I have had transfer done from my Paypal balance to credit card dated 24th February 2024 in UAE, this amount reflected on credit card already with total amount o[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]10). This amount 3,638.60 AED was reversed back and deducted from credit card on 10th May 2024 without showing on my paypal statement but it shows at credit card statement of account. When escalated to the bank (Emirates Islamic Bank). they said they cant control the reversal since it made with the company made transfer on 24th of Feb 2024.  The bank now asking me to pay this amount with over limit charge since NO suffusion balance was available on credit card and shows with negative. Please help to locate this amount as the local bank says they cant do anything regarding this reversed amount and I do not know how this happened. Paypal says they cant trace since it’s not showing on paypal statement. I don’t know what to do and i need to fid a solution for this if possible, its first time to face such an issue.
