It also is not coming up in my activity log on the app either? "Preauthorisation $35.00 AUD On 31 December 2020, $35.00 AUD was preauthorised for a purchase on your card xxxx-xxx. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off your activity statements, usually within a day." What does this mean and what do I do??
