No worries, for the Safcom email I used customercare@safaricom.co.ke For the transaction history you need to got paypal-mobilemoney.com/m-pesa and login. Once you there just check on the top menu for "Transaction History" and you will able to see all the transactions that you have done. I'm assuming you are suing the Paybill 800088 to topup your Paypal account. So just take a screenshot of that  in whichever way you can. Then just send a mail to Safcom describing you problem briefly and give them the transaction IDs from both Mpesa and from the transaction history...eg. mine looked like this; ID: 10239234 (M-PESA: OLR9ZP7JXX). Hey Peter,   So here is the thing, I tried to top up yesterday and it didn't go through but I raised the issue with Paypal who responded today since I discovered they work only from Monday to Friday; telling me to check with Safaricom. Today morning I sent Saafaricom an email with the transaction ID, my mobile number and ID number and also out of frustration a screenshot of the Transaction history on the Thunes website as proof.   Within minutes my money was reversed. ... Greetings,   I never had any issues with paypal topup till today, I topup my Paypal using the M-pesa paybill but in the transaction history its registering as failed. Also, my M-pesa balance has already withdrawn. What do I do and its an emergency!?   Regards. ... View more
