Well, I am currently in need to use PayPal and yet found that they want to verify my identity. Passed everything else but the address verification, I sent them a copy of my bank statement from Commonwealth Bank of Australia that was from August (they generate one per 6 months), and apparently PayPal thinks that it's not recent enough and just reseted the upload window (with no notice), so I sent another auto-generated account summary from the bank that was to-date. But then the window turned into this stupid "We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." error.
THEN THAT WAS IT, WHENEVER I GET BACK TO THAT WINDOW IN SHOWS ME THE SAME ERROR. It won't tell me whether the file is uploaded and they are checking it or not. I went to contact centre too and there's no option of email-contact, only this "PayPal Assistant" bot that can't do any actual help. It much be awesome for them to replace the email service persons and replace that with a useless bot, saves to much cost.
