I will like to know why PayPal is not working here in Ghana? I do business outside country and I will need to do payments and receive payments as well which I will need PayPal to do so. But have tried with my accounts and because is not operating here in Ghana, is been difficult. How can I use that and when will PayPal be available here? thank you
