Hi All, I created a paypal account 7 years ago with a nickname as my legal name. Since I've started using paypal for ebay and whatnot they are asking for me to confirm the information on my account. I have filled in the relevant forms which include government issued ID such as passport and drivers licence as proof of legal name but for some reason its still not enough. Everything else is the same like address ... I am not sure what to do anymore as there is no-one I can get in contact with to resolve the issue. Resolution centre and message board is of no use as you go round in circles. I have money on my account and I am worried I wont have access to them because of the limitations they put in place. Can anyone help resolve this? besides the obvious have you emailed them... (Yes I have) Thanks for reading
