I bought some new things with Pay in 4, I paid the down payment, but after I did that, I was charged once again a day later, so PayPal took around 60 bucks from the down payment and the second random charge, and it’s confusing because it says on the agreement that the down payment is on the day you buy it and you won’t be charged again till the next pay day, but now they’re charging me twice for something I already paid for. ... So i used pay in 4 a while ago and i made two attempts to contact paypal and of course i get the copy and paste of go to resolution center and than i do it again and just get my request for help closed, so now im just going to my bank to get that money back and im wondering how i get that back so i dont have to wait even longer, I got charged twice for a pay in 4 for an item that i didn't get and the pay in 4 isnt even showing up in my summary, so i was charged by paypal for nothing and they refuse to respond or help. ...
