A previous buyer has just informed me that they've paid me by mistake. Sure enough, the payment appears in my account, but is it safe to simply offer a refund? Something seems not quite right about this, and I wonder if there are any possible scams that I may be open to? Also, will it cost me anything to issue a refund?
