Hi lovely PayPal community, hope your'e all good tonight? I really need your help please on an Item I purchased via ONBUY where the seller's name Is WEE TRADING. Apple Airpod Pro's were purchased by myself on or around the 27th Nov via PayPal & didn't arrive In time for my Son's birthday, so I got In touch with the seller & they agreed to take them back to a place In Manchester so I naturally thought all would go well? However, they just received the Item & state that the packaging was not sealed & It had been opened, which was a 100% lie as I know It was packaged Impeccably, so they've decided that I am not eligible for a refund & I'm now raging as It's something I paid a lot of money for ( over £175 ) & now I'm left substantially out of pocket. I've been In touch with them expressing how I feel as I can't believe I've been treated this way but they're yet to reply & having raised this with PayPal there Isn't a drop down menu to open a case except going down the unauthorised goods route or words to that effect & they see no wrong, so please help me, all I want Is a refund, not a lot to ask Is It now?
