I logged in to PayPal on December 13th to find out that my account has been limited. I have no idea why as I've been using it for over a decade and nothing has changed regarding my usage of the account. I was asked to provide documents to prove my identity and proof of address. I uploaded these on the same day. It has now been 5 days and I haven't had any updates. The information shows as "submitted" in my PayPal account. Paypal support have not been very helpful. I am unable to buy or sell anything on eBay due to the limitations imposed. Does anyone know how much time it normally takes for documents to be reviewed by PayPal?
