Case ID: PP-D-92958129 Pair of pants advertised with standard belt. No belt arrived with mine. Reported to seller with complete info via 2 different emails OF MINE...AND... reported to 2 different emails OF THEIRS...same small company, same small offices and staff in TN. 10-15 emails sent in all directions with issue and transaction #. No response - Reported to resolution center and I (apparently mistakenly?) reported as "not received" instead of "not as described". Well. I did not receive pants with belt...so NOT received. Alternatively I received not as described. Parsing words here, Paypal, on semantics. BE MORE CLEAR. MOREVER...in the 1st 2-3 sentences of my claim to PP I explicitly said what was wrong. PayPal neglected to actually READ the dispute. My potential error/misclick was clear even for a 5th grader. PayPal glossed over facts for the option I clicked "not received"...and has failed me and failed in their duty to hold seller accountable for incomplete item. Seller has also failed me by never once responding. Proper resolution demanded. I am not wrong. Seller mailed incomplete item.
