How do I add 'Seller Protection' to our account. We sell digital licences and constantly have issues with buyers either cancelling their credit card (for whatever reason) or disputing the transaction. Even when I show proof of their licence and that they have used it, the dispute ALWAYS goes in the buyers favour. This then makes for frustrating times in asking the buyer to repay us the money back (plus fees!). What can we do please?
