Why would my account have account limitations when I've sold several item on eBay with no issues never once had a buyer return or dispute. I'm not a business owner I sold my personal I don't want anyone. Ebay assure me that there was no issues and I can see all items delivered. Paypal asks for suppliers receipt? Again I'm not a business owner I'm a personal seller. Can someone explain how paypal can withhold funds that are not disputed. Thanks.
