We were in the common situation where funds go on hold to cover disputes etc. But that should have ended at 180 days. PayPal is holding our funds for 10 months now, and still no resolve. We sent several messages and got generic responses. We spoke to several people and found that this happens to others too. In this case the amount is quite substantial and hampering our business functions (especially in the COVID pandemic). This should be illegal for PayPal to hold funds indefinitely (beyond T&C) and make it difficult for consumers to get access to their money. Anybody have a resolution?
