I feel I’m being scammed!! I haven’t used PayPal in a long time so I’m a little confused on how it works?! I’m trying to sell something & use PayPal for payment. I have received an email supposedly from PayPal stating I need to provide a tracking # first before funds are released??? It doesn’t show there are funds even pending on my account? Whose to say I send & provide tracking number & I will hopefully receive the money?? Seems fishy to me?! Thanks for any help!!
