Good luck buddy. I'm gonna try and start a company like PayPal and steal all if their customers. Thats the karma that gets attention. They're stealing our money and earning millions in interest off of it in those 6 months. I guess its legal because of their shady user agreement. I've got a surprise they won't see coming. Stay tuned ... View more

I provided a consultation to my customer in a service, my customer paid me $500. I was able to withdrW $100 initially and then paypal frozen my account and said they would hold my funds for 180 days. I thought to myself if paypal holds $500 from 1 million people for 6 months at 6% interest. Paypal would receive $30 million in interest over the 6 month period without providing any product or service to its customers. Its like paypal forces us to give it a $500 million dollar loan but paypal keeps the interest earned and pays back the principle. I wish I could get a loan like that. I could force a bank to give me a million loan and I keep the million for 1 year, earn and keep $600,000 in interest and only pay the bank back the million. This seems illegal to me. ... View more

My Letter regarding acct limitations

12/8/20 at 10:33 PM PayPal Customer Support : Obviously paypal doesn't regret this inconvenience for me or my business as you say being a new seller. New sellers usually don't have much capital to work with, yet your policy states that my customers have 6 months to file a dispute therefore my funds are unavaulable to my business for 6 months. This policy seems to be unreasonable and unnecessary. Why is paypal owning the burden of a dispute between something I sell to my customer. Seems that paypal should waive any liability for any product that paypal isn't selling. Let my business take the heat for what I sell to my own customers. This would give paypal less angry sellers that choose to use its platform for payments and 0 liability on pYpsl for faulty products. The other part of paypals polictmy thats unreasonable is the 180 day or 6 month dispute waiting period thst paypal gives my customers to file a dispute. It seems that any customer would know if they are satisfied with their purchase or not in the first week they receive the product 2 weeks tops. 6 months is giving my customers time to benefit from the product or service and then file a dispute 5 1l2 months later to get their money back. This helps paypal financially but hurts the seller like me. Why not implement B2B friendly policies so that all businesses involved reap the rewards and not just paypal. ... View more
