Can someone help me get to the bottom of this because I am dealing with this issue now too. This American Coradius International company sent me a letter that I owe $200.00 to Paypal, regarding a customer that bought a $200 gift card from me back in November on eBay. He purchased the card, I received the payment, and that was that. I haven’t been active on my Paypal account since December. I called the paypal customer service number, and it’s their actual number, the automated operator says American Coradius International is a partner company with Paypal. They transferred me to them. After a couple automated transfers I was transferred to a representative named Robin <removed>who took down my name. She asked why I was calling, I told her I have a negative balance of $200 in my Paypal account, which I checked and my Paypal account does show “-$200.00”, she asked if I have received a letter, I told her yes and that I haven’t been active on the account in awhile, she asked for my phone number, I gave it to her, then the line went dead.
