I had the same experience & I lost. Believe me E-bay DOES NOT look after their sellers. I escalated the claim, told them that I had proof that the item was authentic & it took them literally 2 minutes to make their decision, which was in favor of the buyer, of course. My buyer wanted to return his purchase, ebay decided in his favor and then I spoke with a specialist in the resolution center and they then decided in my favor. I f you described the item correctly he should not win, but if he does win you can file an appeal with the resolution center and they will further investigate the claim. The decision was made in my favor on July 8, but I still am unable to retrieve the money, seems to take a long time.  ...
