Hello, I tried uninstall and reinstalling the app, and also restarted my phone. It did not fix the issue. Also, the app doesn't show location service option on my phone, even tho my location services is turned on on my phone. I cannot create a Mobile Pin because the Login & Security shows it as blank on the app, and since the Location services doesn't show up for the app, I can't turn it on for the app. I can't even turn it on from the website as it doesn't show Mobile Pin setting... Also, on my account via the website, why does it show 'Update' next to the SSN? I clicked on it and input my ssn but nothing happened. Why is this? Why is it even showing 'update'? I asked my sister who also has a personal account, and her's doesn't show 'update' next to her ssn. So she finds my situation odd. What's also different is that my Paypal.me doesn't really show the profile in the 'manage' section... while for my sister her's looks totally different with an about me, etc... Does this mean my account has limited access or something? How do I know? How do I get my account to how it 'should' be? When will the mobile app be fixed? In the past, when I logged into the app i at least stayed logged in but now it logs me out all the time when I close the app.. Please help me 😞
