Hi, I bought a subscription of the photography plan for adobe photoshop. The billing has been smooth for the first three months but now it seems I have received a billing issue, I've been paying through my paypal balance and now it won't accept money from it. I have enough money to pay for the entire annual fee but idk why I got a billing issue. I tried changing payment methods but I can't see the option to pay with my balance. I've been paying with my paypal balance for the first 3 months.
