A customer on eBay bought an item by mistake and requested a refund. I followed the eBay procedure and duly cancelled to order and the payment of £40. Apparently the fvf will be refunded. However, PayPal have not refunded the fee they charged on the transaction and I am now out of pocket, for something that was not even my error. How can I get my commission refunded? Regards....
