I am at my wits end! I tried to purchase two pairs of glasses from eyebuydirect.com last night. When I went to purchase my items I chose to use paypal. I did not use paypal credit but my credit card through paypal. I then pressed order and the screen stayed the same and I did not receive a confirmation email from eyebuydirect. SO, I decided to try it once more and the same exact thing happened, I pressed order and the screen stayed the same. I then went to paypal activity and these two transactions didn't show up. Then i went to my online banking and they were both on my credit card but my items in eyebuydirect were still in my cart. I decided to call eyebuydirect and they said that there is no history of a purchase from last night, therefore my order did not go through but i was still charged twice. I have TRIED cancelling these two transactions through paypal but everything on here is freaking confusing and i can't talk to an actual person about this. I then called my bank customer service and they said that i would need to wait until the transactions are not pending anymore until i can file a dispute. Well, i really need these glasses so i decided to try ordering once more thinking it was just a glitch (stupid, stupid me) and it did the EXACT SAME THING. So I then had a 3rd charge on my credit, order never went through on eyebuydirect and i cannot find the purchase on paypal account. So i ordered them a 4th time through my actual card and not paypal and the order went through. well i decided to check my credit card statement again and i now have 4 ORDERS THROUGH PAYPAL ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT NEVER WENT THROUGH ON EYEBUY DIRECT AND I CANNOT FIND THEM ON MY PAYPAL SO I CANNOT DISPUTE THEM(even though i only did this 3 times i somehow have a 4th order), and a 5th order that was my actual order that went through. Yall i am in a mess and i must wait until all 4 orders are not pending until i can dispute. Can ANYONE help? I have never in my life seen this before. Sorry if this is confusing.
