Hello. I have a question/concern about refunds. I am trying to refund this lady her money back, but the payment is on hold, meaning I have insufficient funds and have to put money from my bank to Paypal in order to issue her refund. Am I going to lose my money from my pocket? Is there any way for Paypal to release the funds so I can refund her? Thanks
