Thank you for the reply! Message said that transaction will happened when recipient will get an account with PayPal. This morning I called to PP CS, spent 20 min on hold and another 20 minutes listening to CS Rep saying she's sorry I'm going through tough time and she can't help. I end up calling to my friend and she said she received money. Looks like I'm all set at this time.
