Hi, I had to do a payment to a friend, The payment is completed on my side but on her side it was put on hold and customer support is saying that it usually takes 21 days unless I confirm receipt. She marked it as Virtual service so when I go on my activity for this payment I can't see any options to confirm receipt or anything. The money is still on hold on her side for whatever reason and I don't know what action to do in order to release it. please help 🙂
