I am sending this message to ask that someone please contact me due to the result of a dispute. The outcome is unacceptable and all you guys did was take a fraudulent companies side in this matter. I will re summarize my issue and hope some logical thinking can be made on your end.. I ordered a costume from The company in question, once opening it I had noticed the quality was not even close to that of the picture but it was also missing products. I then let the seller know about this issue and also let them know the product was a little tight and that if they send another one if the size could please be increased. Now this is where the scam like business practices come in, Upon my request the customer service agent from Milano was trying to barter on foolish resolutions to the matter. I am not sure why I am now being told to reship this product which means I need to pay money out of my own pocket to fix someone's **bleep** up. I need someone to call me and explain how this conclusion even came to be. I'm quite sure I've never heard of a company offering a refund only if the buyer returns the product. that would mean at the end of the day I spent $113 on something and now based on your resolution I would come out with $50 after having to pay a shipping fee, you must also realize I am in Canada shipping and duty fees are very expensive here, So again I ask where is the logic in your request? It seems the only person your trying to protect is a Company who I'm sure is well off other than your literal loyal customers I am honestly disgusted at how this has been handled. Can anyone offer advice or assistance it seems Pay Pal is all about the corporate greed now.
