I don't know what the problem is; I made this account in 2014 years ago when I was a kid; Now I need my account and it says paypal wont offer thier services to my account anymore? When I try updating to a new card it blocks me from putting it in. Says if I try making a new account it wont let me sign in with my bank informnation. I can't dispute anything. I also have zero transactions in the last 4 years so I dont know what the deal is? Could someone please help?
