I have the same kind of problem like in this link and want to solve it the same way how? I've sent the messages to the call center and only got robotic replies with no human essence in them, no understanding nothing. https://medium.com/illumination/paypal-legalname-change-f5a8469c3e52 I've got the reply to withdraw my money because I can't change the name but how I can do that when is limited?

Please I need help about my account being limited but also don't know how to confirm the identity since when I made the account I didn't really understand all the details and I wrote my nickname for the real name and I can't confirm my identity now so, how I can solve this problem to basically put my real identity because I messed up at first and then confirm it?
