Dear all, we have problem with account limitation in our bussines account; reference ID: PP-007-950-862-401 :

You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these. Reference ID: PP-007-950-862-401˝ Specifically there is a problem with a Letter Authorization; they do not accept any kind of version of this letter; we did upload it several times. We did also call customer service, but there is a autoresponder that due to coronavirus they are limited with persons and with customer service.
