Hey guys, anyone here knows someone who works at PayPal or can help sort this BS out, explanation in detail will be written below so if you would read it and lmk if you know any solutions i would appreciate it a lot because they are taking **bleep** straight at my business. So lets start off with my old PaPpal made in 2015 when i was still underage, i used it for some time until 2017 and it got closed down out of nowhere without even them asking for my documents just straight close down for "breaking of ToS" and i was fine with it, so in 2020 i opened a new account when i turned 18 and started using it, after first transaction they asked for picture of ID which i sent and they removed that first limit, that was around February this year, i kept using paypal, buying selling, trying hard to keep it clean with no disputes or anything like that. now we are at November, all of a sudden i am getting limitation on my new account for "strong connection with account that is limited" bare in mind, only account i have on same name is old account that they permanently closed 3 years ago, they didnt limit it... now i am going back and forth with support checking if i can even fix this account because at one part it says " fix problem on linked account to restore this one" and support agent gives me a call and explains that there is nothing to worry about just to send details on new account they asked for (id, supplier receipt and bank statement) and they will get it fixed, so i went to collect statement from my bank, upload all the documents as she told me and i get email saying they are reviewing my documents and will get back to me in 3 days *picture 2*... 3 HOURS later i log in to account and i see this *showed in picture* i didn't get a single email about account getting closed or anything, last email i got was email saying documentation is under review. agent told me that because there was no sales on my account, only transaction where i received money was via F&F and isn't considered a sale i don't need a receipt to provide but just to open up a word and type in explanation about that supplier receipt. Also as in addition i went ahead and checked with support if Bank statement i got was the right one i needed for that type of issue which they confirmed and said it was correct and to upload it and i should have someone get back to me in 5 days if anything else is needed, also i uploaded both front and back of my id just in case. i have sent an email to them now to see what happened and if i can make an appeal regarding close down of my account... if there is nothing else i can do to recover this account, what do i do? open a new one with fresh phone number and new credit card? what if they ask for ID picture again...
