Yesterday i had 37,57 EUR in my PayPal balance and today when i checked into my paypal account i only had 17,xx EUR i did not buy anything, i had bought 2 items 1 was a education for driving license online course (6,00 Eur). 2nd was was a battle pas form steam(9,99 EUR). after those 2 payments i would've had 37,57 EUR but i don't and i had 17,xx EUR i have 20.57 EUR missing. I would like to know where the missing money went.
