Hi, I’m looking for advice as my attempts to contact PayPal directly have failed. I sold a PlayStation bundle on eBay. The buyer claimed there was a fault and wanted £150 refund and keep everything or return. I told him to return the items I would refund. I made several attempts to arrange the return with no reply. When I did get a reply he said he no longer wanted to return as he had got a repair for £60. He then opened a claim for the £60 repair. Looking at his eBay account he has sold some items in the bundle he purchased explaining why he couldn’t return. I objected to the £60 refund PayPal has now decided that the buyer needs to return the items for a refund. The email says that once a tracking number shows delivery they will refund the buyer. I know the buyer can’t return all the items as he has sold them. So if he does attempt a return it will be missing items and PayPal will refund and leave me out of pocket and missing goods. What is my best course of action? Thanks
