@Pulsar999    As paypal can't see the item you sent or the item the buyer returned they have to make a judgement call, so return for a refund. BUT if you have enough evidence to prove what you have said then why not go down the small claims court route? If you tell the buyer that is what you are going to do then they may decide not to bother to return. ... View more
