My account has been limited. Apparently I've exceeded the number of transactions allowed in an year. Ridiculous right? I didn't even know there was such thing. I've not even done many transactions. So anyway, i have submitted several legit documents that shows my address yet upon every submission it's being rejected. This has gone on for a WHOLE MONTH! I don't understand why these documents are being rejected. They won't tell me why. I messaged two customer care people and can i say PAYPAL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! First attendant, i explain my issue in detail. The person has a bit of attitude despite me being polite. Proceeds to close the conversation without solving anything. Next day i get a new person and once more, i am ghosted. Nothing solved. Third time, same thing happens. After explaining my issue, the attendant says he will get back to me. Never does. Closes the chat. So rude and frustrating. Such a simple thing to do. Now, i have some money in my account. Tough times. I want to withdraw it and use it but they have locked it up. Yet nobody will get back to me and sort my account. I wish i was able to report these (no offense but) useless customer care agents for just not doing their work. 2-3 days turns into two weeks! Unbelievable work ethic! Even Tinder has better customer support system than paypal. Boy does that say a lot!
