I have had this issue for weeks already and it's not getting resolved. I have emailed PayPal constantly and they kept telling me to clear my cookies and cache, try a different browser and to use the message us option. Well I did all that and the message us option doesn't show up at all. I can't withdrawal or transfer my money from my PayPal account to my bank account. I need my money in my bank account. I was now told I need to get a PIN but I need to be in contact with them when we're both online so they can authenticate it to override the block. Please help.
