Quite disappointed with paypal services, i understand currently the world is undergoing the pandemic but that does not give any excuses for not operating the call centre. Even the banks are doing, why not paypal. anyway currently i have some USD in my paypal account, rather to convert them into SGD to my local bank, DBS. I would like to use them for stock trading, the bank will be the same; DBS but in USD currency. I tried to enter the new banking details but its not possible. Can anyone guide me along.
