@AK1971 Looks like the seller has not captured the payment yet because it is still pending. PayPal cannot refund/cancel the payment for you in this situation unless the payments have the "Completed" status or it has been pending after 30 days. You also have the option to dispute the transactions after the payments have the "Completed" status. You'll need to contact the seller to cancel/void the orders because only they can do it within 30 days from date of transaction or let the transactions expire, removing itself on its own from your account activity as if they didn't happen, if they remain in pending status after 30 days. If it doesn't remove itself after 30 days, message PayPal to have them void it for you. Merchants are allowed 30 days to capture or void payments with option to reauthorize within that time period.
